Profit Advisory Group can recover overpayments in electricity, natural gas, water and sewage going back 3 years or longer depending on the statute of limitations for the state in which the client is located.

Profit Advisory Group is compensated a percentage of the recoveries and future savings for the term of our Agreement with the client. Each month during the Agreement period we conduct on-going audits to ensure that all savings opportunities are being optimized and that all billing is correct.

Profit Advisory Group makes it very easy for our clients. All we ask for is the one most recent bill from each of the utilities that we are to audit and we then obtain the rest of the client’s billing history along with their customer service records directly from the utility company. All of your locations are eligible for review as our service is available nationally.

Our comprehensive suite of services are automated and run through our proprietary software, so there is no need for an on-site visit by our company. All correspondence is done by phone, email, fax and mail, so there will be very minimal impact on your workflow.

After the initial historical audit, a comprehensive report will be sent to you for your review, and then reviewed together with your analyst. Profit Advisory Group will negotiate on all findings on your behalf and new recommendations for additional savings opportunities will be sent as they present themselves.
